"Seize the day."

What better way to view the world than "carpe diem" when you're launching and growing a company?

Eric has been seizing the day since 1993, when he co-founded Labeltronix on the idea that he could help customers operations by giving them guidance on their labeling decisions. That's just what he's done for hundreds of clients over the years.

Eric's insight and experience have contributed in immeasurable ways to Labeltronix stature as Southern California's leading labeling business.

When he's not in the "carpe diem" mindset at the office, you'll find Eric seizing the day with his kids, supporting them in their sports and other activities.

"Helping others find success."

As the chief strategy officer for Labletronix, John has been leading Labeltronix since 2005, holding this tenet as an inspiration in his work.

John joined Labeltronix in 1996 as a service manager, and was promoted into leading operations roles before taking the reins of the company. He envisioned and guided the company's label printing and converting operation from its inception in 2003.

With creativity, drive, and a true talent for bringing out the best in people, John enjoys overseeing the ongoing growth and transformation of the company.

After hours, John loves to spend time with his wife and three children, and he plays a serious game of Frisbee golf.

"As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them."

The words of John F. Kennedy inspire Pennie because she does, indeed, live by them in her executive position at Labeltronix, and in her life.

Pennie joined Labeltronix in 1999, and has played a key role in our growth.

Drawn to a financial career by her love of numbers and math, Pennie explains, they're logical. They make sense. The answers are either correct or incorrect.

Besides the objective world of math, Pennie loves people especially the ones on her team.

When she's not overseeing the financials at Labeltronix, Pennie can be found enjoying time with her grandchildren, another joy in her life.

"Vision over visibility."

That philosophy inspires Shawn, who focuses on overseeing our entire company while working diligently behind the scenes at Labeltronix to keep us humming along smoothly.

I enjoy helping our customers bring their vision or concept of their product label to a reality that meets or exceeds that vision, says Shawn. Often, our customers are unsure of what the finished product will look like. Being able to capture their vision and turning it into a tangible product that wows.

Shawn also loves working with the people on the Labeltronix team. In fact, he's been a key player on our team since 2000.

When he's not in our Anaheim headquarters, you'll find him spending time with his wife and daughter, or pursuing one of his two favorite pastimes golfing or fishing.

"Live in the moment."

Overseeing production at Labeltronix is fast-paced, demanding and exacting work—just the kind Louie enjoys.

Louie joined Labeltronix in 2007, so he has had plenty of "live in the moment" challenges and opportunities on the job.

With his focus on helping individuals become better employees and at times better people, Louie works on an endeavor that keeps himself on a continuous improvement path as well.

"It's really satisfying when I get to share my experience and expertise with my coworkers because I know that I'm making a positive impact on Labeltronix," says Louie.

When he's not at work or spending time with his family, Louis is likely to be jogging, playing golf or mountain biking.

“Appreciate everyone and everything that you have. Don’t take life’s moments for granted.”

Candice appreciates the fast pace of Labeltronix, which is a good thing, because she’s watching over the production of hundreds of projects to ensure their quality.

What Candice likes most about her job is the ever-changing environment, the opportunity to be challenged and always learn new things—an opportunity she has enjoyed at Labeltronix since 2008.

When she isn’t keeping an eye on quality at Labeltronix, Candice loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading—and trying new recipes, because she loves to cook.

"The most important thing is to enjoy your life – to be happy. It’s all that matters."

Visit Labeltronix, and you will find Jill living the philosophy shared by Audrey Hepburn so many years ago.

Jill infuses her mission of guiding the branding and messaging of Labeltronix with her seemingly endless optimism.

Since 2002, Jill has loved connecting with customers and future customers by creating products that meet their needs, using a variety of marketing vehicles.

When she’s not shaping the messages of Labeltronix, Jill keeps in shape by hiking and taking barre classes. Topping her list of loves is spending time with her family and friends.

"Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning."

Taking her cue from this quote by Albert Einstein, Robin is constantly looking to learn and grow as she guides projects through the first stages of completion at Labeltronix.

Since joining the company in 2006, Robin has focused on pursuing excellence.

“I love interacting with great people inside Labeltronix, and our incredible customers, too,” says Robin.

Robin is always looking for ways to learn, share, and upgrade her skills and knowledge. Outside of work, you’ll find her pursuing her passions—cooking, hiking and doing yoga.

"Always be thankful."

Krista’s team fields hundreds of customer service requests every year, and her attitude of gratitude guides those interactions.

Besides bringing a sunny disposition to her work, Krista loves that Labeltronix is like a big family. She also loves helping her customers—every one—to make sure they’re satisfied with their orders and experience.

Krista joined Labeltronix in 2008, and her customer service commitment has been a major contribution to the company.

Outside of work, Krista loves to be with her family and take her son to places that they both find fun.

Leading the HR efforts at a growing company requires an ability to learn and grow, while encouraging others to do the same.

For Gail, it’s a job she enjoys—particularly when she can teach Labeltronix employees how to be effective leaders of productive, happy and engaged teams.

Since 1998, Gail has been an engaged, productive and happy member of the Labeltronix team.

In work, and in life, Gail reminds herself and others that “this too shall pass” when the need arises. In her downtime, Gail enjoys reading books.
